The challenge
The resort ran bookings, housekeeping and guest requests across a mainland-built PMS, a spreadsheet, and WhatsApp — with no single view of occupancy and frequent sync issues over limited island connectivity.
Our approach
We built a booking and property management platform designed around real island conditions — offline-tolerant sync, a live housekeeping board, and a guest-services module tying front desk, villa staff and requests together.
